Returns Policy

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash register receipt, to exchange or reimburse all new merchandise, in its original packaging, within 15 days of the purchase. It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash receipt, to repair or exchange all defective merchandise, at the store where the purchase was made, within 90 days of the purchase.

Online Return Policy

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your new purchase, you can return it to Fresh Air Experience within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. While you will be responsible for return shipping costs, should you choose to exchange your item(s), you will not be charged shipping for the exchanged shipment.

Product Warranties

Many of the items that are sold on Freshairexp.com come with a manufacturer’s product warranty. For additional information on the product warranty for a specific product, please contact us 1-877-722-3002.

In store price adjustment policy

If you purchase an item in store and notice an in-store price decrease within 7 days of your purchase, Fresh Air Experience will refund the difference.

Purchases made seven days before Black Friday or seven days before Boxing Day are not eligible for price adjustment.

Online Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down online within fourteen (14) days of the date on your online purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-877-722-3002 or send us an email message to freshair@magma.ca within the fourteen (14) day window. Online purchases are excluded from price adjustment on in-store only promotions.
